What is Trezor.io/Start?

Trezor.io/start is the official onboarding portal used to initialize and configure Trezor hardware wallets. It ensures your device is genuine, guides you through firmware installation, and helps create a secure wallet environment where private keys remain offline and protected.

Before You Begin

✔️ Trezor device (Model One or Model T)
✔️ USB cable to connect device
✔️ Computer with updated browser
✔️ Pen & recovery seed card (for backup)

Device Initialization Process

Go to the official setup page using your browser.
Connect your Trezor wallet to your computer.
Install or update device firmware if prompted.
Create a new wallet or recover an existing one.
Write down your recovery seed phrase securely offline.
Set a device PIN for physical security protection.
